Vimbai Mandebvu is currently a Deputy Sector Head in the Ratings division at GCR Ratings.

She is based in Mauritius and has a career spanning 8 years at GCR. Vimbai has a diversified portfolio covering African multilateral development banks, and financial institutions across sub-Saharan Africa. Before joining GCR, she worked at PFK (Port Elizabeth) Inc as an external auditor.

Vimbai holds a postgraduate degree in Accounting and is also a member of the South African Institute for Chartered Accountants (SAICA).
