Ms Prdnya Bhadlikar is a seasoned reinsurance expert with 15+ years of experience across brokerage, underwriting, marketing, and risk management.

She is a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India, holds a Master’s in Insurance Management.

A passionate advocate for women in insurance, she is an active member of AIWA and YIPs Africa and delivers training programs to strengthen industry talent across Africa.

Currently associated with Protection Reinsurance Brokers, Bahrain, she leads strategic planning and business development.
