Mr. Musoke is the Chief Executive Officer of Uganda Reinsurance Company. He has over 29 years’ experience in the insurance industry. He represents the company for the Board and Council of Bureau meetings of the Common Markets of Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA) Yellow Card scheme and Regional Customs Transit Guarantee as the National Bureau and Surety, Board member of the Organization of East and Southern African Insurers (OESAI) and member of the Technical Committee.

He is also a co-opted member of the Academics, Research and Innovations Board committee of the Insurance Training College of Uganda.

Mr. Musoke holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from ESAMI, he is a member and an associate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIF) and is a certified Professional Insurer recognized by the same institute. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Insurance from the university of Delhi, India.
